when someone eats what I've cooked
that moan and the linger at the edge
of a fork, that head back wonder
trying to figure out what a particular
taste is; what is that spice?
I love the way food can say
what I never can with words
how I love you can taste so
good; how you don't need
extra salt to say it.

You don't need extra salt to say it. --- Ah, please paint this poem on the wall of your kitchen
